A 32-year-old Kenyan citizen based in the USA named Nobert Matara has been arrested.
Nobert was arrested after the dismembered remains of his 31-year-old girlfriend Tracy Nyariki were found in his car in Aberdeen, Maryland, United States.
Tracy, who had been reported missing after not attending work, was last seen at her apartment in Kent Apartments.
Police issued a gold alert and later identified Matara as a person of interest.
His car was located in Maryland, where officers discovered the remains inside, leading to his arrest on charges of first-degree murder.
Matara is currently in jail awaiting extradition to Delaware
