Newly born Baby found dead at a dumping site
A newly born baby has been found dead at the dump site of Atɛkyɛm, an area within Bechem in the Tano South constituency of the Ahafo region on Thursday around 5:30 PM.

Newmen speaking in an interview with an eye witnesses, Prophet Robert Twum of Devine Prayers Ministry, he naratted that he saw a mentally challenged lady around the dumping bin at Atɛkyɛm on his way from church duties claiming she has gotten a child and so upon approaching the Lady, he realized it was a newly born baby who has been dumped into the bin.

He stressed that he called on a midwife who stays with him in the same house to examine the condition of the neonate as to whether he is alive or dead but the nurse upon arrival confirm his death and said it may be caused by abortion per the appearance of the baby.
The Man of God has pleaded with people leaving with and around bechem to help unmask the wicked women behind these unfortunate incident for the laws of the country to take it course.

The Assembly Member For Atɛkyɛm electoral Area, Hon. Appiah Joseph gave an account of the incident to the media stating that he had a distress call in the evening around 6:00 pm on the incident therefore he reported it to Bechem police command and the police has since convey the body to Bechem Government Hospital morgue pending investigations.
