Sometimes the royals feels very ashamed to dress as royals just because the Ga State culture and customs invaded by non indigenous persons parading themselves as Asafoatsemei and Nyemei for which they’re not from any lineages or stool house of the GaDangbe.
This menaces has become worrisome to the real indigenous of the GaDangbe and needs urgent attention.
Speaking in an interview after sprinkle on Kpokpoi through the principal street’s of Kwabenya community the Queen mother of the municipality Naa Korkoi Dugbatey I, has called on the Ga State Adontenhene who doubled as the Paramount chief of Gbese Mantse to wake up seeks of cultural and customs is in serious danger and if care is not taken there is going to be non indigenes to rule them as Ga’s.
The fact that the GaDangbe people are peace loving and welcomes any individuals that not warrant people to take them for granted.
She was optimistic that if Gbese Mantse Nii Ayi Bonte rises GaDangbe would rise to take it white cloth and wear.
The menace she referred to is not in kwabenya but rather in the superior and heart of where the black stool is situated and needs drastic measures to deal with it immediately before it get out of hand.
Naa Korkor Dugbatey emphasis that culprit must be destools to bring sanity to culture and customs of the Ga State.
She urged the youth to desist from drugs abuse and also had faith in the Lord no matter what the circumstances may be.
The Queen mother extends seasonal greetings to Ga Tettey and Tetteh for a peaceful Homowo Festival commemorations and wish that a year by this time they have received the lands which is selling indiscriminately by individuals without passing through proper channels.
