A bloody clash between some suspected hoodlums and supporters of the Paramount Chief of Teshies on Sunday morning at the Chief’s Palace left several persons injured with two currently on admission at the hospital nursing machete wounds.
Reports indicate that the hoodlums who were suspected to have been hired by some members of the supposed Teshie council of elders began pelting some elders who were holding a meeting within the compound of the Teshie chief Palace with stones leading to some persons sustaining life-threatening injuries on the head, face, and body.

That notwithstanding, the group of hoodlums entered the place and began attacking some youth who had resisted their plans to scupper the ongoing meeting. This led to two supporters of the embattled Teshie chief sustaining machete wounds leading to their admission at the LEKMA Hospital.
According to some eyewitnesses, not even the presence of the police who reports suggest were outnumbered by the hoodlums, could avert the bloody clash.
Checks indicate that no arrests have since been made by the Teshie police in respect to Sunday morning’s bloody attack.
