Mariama, 20, was stabbed numerous times by her co-tenant Philomena in Awutu Bereku in the Awutu Senya West District of the Central Region during a struggle for revenge.

Speaking on Kessben FM’s Breaking News with Kwasi Ntiamoah, Mireku Nyampong stated that the victim, Mariama Sulley, disclosed that the suspect threatened to assault her after she got into a fight with the suspect buddy a few months ago.

According to Mariama Sulley, the suspect attacked her in the same compound house last month as she was preparing Banku, and the situation was resolved at the Awutu Bereku Police station.

The victim claims that before the suspect chose to kill her, she believed the situation was resolved.

Mariama claims that as she was brushing her teeth, the suspect attacked her with a sharp knife and repeatedly stabbed her.

The St Gregory Hospital was contacted right away to treat the victim.

The 30-year-old suspect Philomena is being sought by the Awutu Bereku District Police Command.
