Daniel Afriyie Barnieh completes transfer to FC Zurich of Switzerland.
The 21-year-old arrived in Switzerland Tuesday morning from Egypt where he has been with the Ghana Black Galaxies team preparing for this month’s CHAN 2022 tournament.
Afriyie Barnieh underwent successful medicals and proceeded to sign a three-year contract.
“21-year-old striker Daniel Afriyie is transferring from Ghana Premier League club Hearts of Oak to FCZ with immediate effect and has signed a contract until the summer of 2026,” a statement on the website of the 13-time Swiss champions read.
