Evangelist Diana Asamoah, a gospel musician who recently entered politics and has expressed praise for President Nana Akufo Addo, has disclosed her motivation for taking an interest in politics.
The musician claims that instead of what is happening on the streets between the supporters of the NDC and NPP, politics is now more prevalent in churches.
She said that churches are now associated with political parties, but they are afraid of what the public may think of them if they publicly state their position.

In an interview with Berla Mundi, evangelist Diana Asamoah said that as politics originated in Heaven, anyone who criticizes it is ignorant of the Bible.
Speaking about what transpired, she said that the devil’s attempt to control Heaven’s affairs resulted in God exiling him from Heaven.
