Former Communication Director of the Ghana Football Association has this for hearts of oak board Chairman Togbe Afede

    Ibrahim Sannie Daara writes…..

Our Hearts of Oak puts the skids under Yassan Ouatching in yet another rapidly failed project.

The striker leaves without even scoring a goal from the offside position🙄.

This happens to all clubs but the quick succession of failed or below-par signings by Hearts must get HRH Togbe Afede to examine why such failures have become too common at the club these days.

After narrowly escaping relegation HRH Togbe must also see that his praiseworthy investment in the club is going down the drain.

Supporters are turning away in droves as the people he trusts to run the club are clueless.

When talent abounds in Ghana why embark on such expensive signings that bring nothing to the club?

Ten things HRH Togbe must do immediately to save Hearts from total collapse:

    1. Phase out current mg’t.
    2. Appoint young people & tap into the knowledge of some of the mg’t & board of the early 2000s.
    3. New coach – someone modern with strong local experience.
    4. Get a modern scouting team to guide recruitment & matches.
    5. Recruit top local players for the upcoming season.
    6. Put the academy in place and must be run by professionals.
    7. Embark on a project to woo the supporters.
    8. Embark on a project to recruit the next generation of supporters.
    9. Seek new revenue opportunities for the club.
    10. HRH Togbe must stay away from the day-to-day administration of the club.
