    Gob3 gives high quality sperms – Researcher. One popular food delicacy in the Ghanaian community is beans and riped plantain which is popularly known as “gob3”. It is a food enjoyed by many Ghanaian homes as it serves as a complete meal for the family.

    According to a researcher the gari and beans mixture with some addons is good for men as it help them to produce quality sperms.

    Certain people eat beans when they are low on cash, others also eat it just for the pleasure. However, whatever the reason is – beans has been a savior.

    Additional study has demonstrated that beans not only give the complex carbohydrates, proteins, and trace minerals our bodies require, but also the fiber our microbiomes need, which strengthens our immune systems. That makes sense since the residents’ amazing lifespan was not just the result of having better genes; they also managed to stay healthier than the average person when it came to diabetes, obesity, heart disease, dementia, and cancer.

    In addition to being healthy, beans are also inexpensive to produce and essentially grown everywhere, from tropical zones to northern areas, which means they don’t require much transportation to reach markets. They can be kept for a long time and don’t need to be refrigerated.

    • Prevents constipation: The healing of deteriorated tissues is one of “gob3’s” main health advantages. A highly high-protein food is beans. In the body, protein is mostly used to repair damaged tissues. Proteins are tasked with replacing lost hair, fingernails, and muscles.     • Boost the immune system: Plantain is very rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. In fact, one whole plantain consist of the daily requirement of vitamin C the body needs. This vitamin C act as an antioxidant which suppresses free radicals in the body to improve the immune system. Beans are also very rich in antioxidants which contributes to boosting immunity.
    •  Reduces cancer risk: Consuming plantains and beans can help prevent cancer. 
      Both plantains and beans include antioxidants that aid in halting the development of malignant cells in the body. When you consume beans and plantains often, your chance of developing stomach, colon, and lung cancer decreases.
    • Reduces risk of diabetes and glucose absorption: It aid in diabetes prevention. Beans’ high fiber content lowers blood glucose, which helps keep it steady. However, this will ward against diabetes.
