Hollard Ghana wins SABRE Africa Financial Communication Award

Hollard Ghana, Insurance Group, with subsidiaries – Hollard Insurance and Hollard Life Assurance, has been adjudged best in Financial Communications in Africa at the 2021 Africa SABRE Awards.

The Insurance Group also received Certificates of Excellence for Employee Communications and Regional Excellence at just ended awards.

The SABRE Awards, the world’s largest Public Relations awards programme, recognizes Superior Achievement in Branding, Reputation, and Engagement across North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, South Asia, and Africa.Hollard Ghana wins SABRE Africa Financial Communication Award

The fifth edition of the awards in Africa was hosted by the African Public Relations Association (APRA) with participants from Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Eswatini, Zambia, Namibia, United States of America, Cameroon, Malawi, Rwanda, DR Congo, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, France, among others countries.

The campaign, “#MeetArabaHollard, #GhanaFirstVitualInsurer” (launch of Hollard ChatInsure Chatbot), won Financial Communications of the year, while Hollard Insurance also picked up the Western Africa Certificate of Excellence.

Hollard Ghana was also recognized and awarded a certificate of Excellence for Employee Communication for its internal communication and employee engagement efforts dubbed “Building the Hollard in Hollardites”.

Ms Cynthia Ofori-Dwumfuo, Group Head, Marketing and Corporate Affairs, Hollard Ghana, told the Ghana News Agency that: “We are incredibly honoured to be listed among the crème de la crème of organisations across the world with exceptional brand communications.

“Our purpose is to enable more people to create and secure a better future and we understand that to achieve this, we must communicate in a relatable manner”.

She expressed appreciation to Hollard Ghana’s customers, partners and staff across the country for driving their continuous impact as the country’s favourite insurer.
