A middle-aged woman has been arrested following a late-night shooting incident involving a taxi driver at the Tetegu Overhead.
The shooting reportedly occurred at about 11:16 p.m. last night. Eyewitnesses say the woman shot the taxi driver and attempted to flee the scene immediately afterwards.
In what social media users have described as “instant karma,” she was knocked down by a passing vehicle while trying to escape.

A video that has since surfaced on social media shows police officers arriving at the scene, handcuffing the suspect, and escorting her to a police pickup truck.
In the footage, bystanders can be heard hooting as the suspect is being taken away.
The police have yet to release details regarding what led to the shooting. Authorities say investigations are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
As of the time of filing this report, the police had not issued an official statement, and the identities of both the suspect and the victim remain undisclosed.
