Thousands of enthusiastic fans flocked to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for Sarkodie’s legendary Rapperholic concert on Saturday night, despite the rain initially interfering with the performance. The venue was filled with music, laughing, and joy.
Rapperholic T-shirt-wearing fans poured in from the wee hours of the morning, ready to sing, dance, and take part in an event that made the Garden City the entertainment capital this weekend.
The rain interrupted the show when it was ready to heat up.
Before the show began, rain battered the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, leaving fans frantically seeking cover.
Fans stayed till the rain stopped and the event went on into Sunday morning in spite of this.
Sarkodie thanks the supporters in the video below and promises to hold another concert in Kumasi the following year.
