A 22-year-old man from Nigeria, who had been involved in a practice known as “Sakawa,” has recently confessed to murdering two virgin women in Ghana for the purposes of a money ritual.

The man, identified as Praise Iwoh and hailing from Delta State, made his confession during a visit to the God’s Delight Gospel Assembly in Nigeria, where he sought deliverance from his evil deeds.

According to his confession, Sakawa is an advanced form of cyber fraud that is prevalent in Nigeria and involves the use of human sacrifices to achieve one’s desired results. Iwoh revealed that a “Mallam” (an Islamic spiritual leader) in Ghana’s Ashanti Regional capital of Kumasi had urged him to present two virtuous women for a money ritual. Iwoh was then able to sacrifice these two virgins to the Mallam in order to become rich.

During his confession, Iwoh expressed regret for his actions and sought salvation for his soul. It is not clear what legal action, if any, will be taken against him for his involvement in the murders.
