I Met Him Face To Face And It Was Sad, Abronye Dc Reveals His Encounter With Odeneho Kwaku Appiah
Today was the New Patriotic Party’s regional chair election, and all eyes were on the NPP’s stronghold of Ashanti. Many Ghanaians were taken aback by the election results. Bernard Antwi Boasiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, and Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, also known as COKA, were the two competitors who were considered the favorites.
The incumbent Chairman Wontumi was proclaimed the winner with a score of 115:75 and 112:111, indicating that the margin of victory between Chairman Wontumi and COKA was razor-thin. Before the election, prominent pollster Ben Ephson projected Chairman Wontumi would lose, and Kelvin Taylor ran a COKA campaign.
After losing to Chairman Wontumi, Abronye DC reported an experience he had with Odeneho Kwaku Appiah after the election. COKA was certain that he would win this election, but the outcome was unfavorable. COKA, according to Abronye, should not lose hope, but rather work hard for the next election.
