If You Dare Block My Sim Cards, I Will Visit Your Headquarters Outside of Ghana And Sue You All.
Captain Smart, the host of the Onua Maakye program on Onua TV, has issued several letters to the different Ghanaian telecommunications network firms.
Captain Smart issued a warning to the Ghanaian telecommunications firms regarding his sim card in a statement on Onua TV this morning. Captain Smart made it plain that he (Captain Smart) would sue any businesses that attempted to disable his sim card. He further said that instead of suing them in Ghana, he would do it in the nation where their parent firm or corporate headquarters are located.
Captain Smart asserts that no network provider has the authority to ban his sim card due to “common” Ghana Card registration. He thinks this reregistration is unnecessary.
“I’ve heard that people’s sim cards will be disrupted. No one on this planet is able to disable my SIM card. I’ll file a lawsuit against you. MTN and Vodafone should disable my sim card if they claim to be guys like me. that I’ll be successful in life right now. I’ll file a lawsuit against them at their corporate headquarters rather than in Ghana. It is time to consider how to advance the nation and put an end to these pointless practices “added he.
Ursula Owusu, the minister of communications, has said repeatedly that any sim cards that have not been registered with the Ghana Card would either be disabled or the user may have difficulties using such sim cards. She continued by saying that the sim will no longer be charged for phone calls and internet access. Additionally, using such a sim card will be pricey.
They were challenged by Captain Smart to disable his sim cards, and he would become wealthy soon after suing them and winning the legal battle.
