The pathologist who conducted the autopsy on the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has stated that the exact cause of death remains uncertain. Wahab Shittu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, informed reporters in Lagos State that the pathologist informed the coroner that the body had decomposed by the time the examination was carried out.
Shittu elaborated, saying, “The pathologist mentioned that due to the advanced state of decomposition of the body during the examination, they were unable to ascertain the cause of death.” He highlighted the pathologist’s emphasis on the importance of conducting the autopsy within 12 hours of burial to prevent decomposition, which ultimately led to uncertainties surrounding the cause of death.
