The National Service Authority (NSA) has issued National Service e-Certificates and Annual Evaluation Forms.
On Thursday, January 29, the Authority issued a press statement informing eligible National Service Personnel that e-certificates can be accessed through the NSA portal at https://posting.gnsa.gov.gh/home/certificate-service, following approved procedures.
“The National Service Authority wishes to inform all eligible National Service Personnel that the e-certificates have officially been telcased, ational Service Personnel can now acces https://posting.gnsa.gov.gh/home/certificate-service, in accordance with the approved procedures provided on the platform,” the statement read.
The announcement states that former National Service members can request for the service immediately through the NSA portal whether they need a reprint of their physical certificates or want an e-certificate.
“Past National Service Personnel who require reprinting of physical certificates or access to e-certificates can apply for the service instantly on the NSA portal.”
The service is offered as an optional digital service that is not required, and it is accessible for a set charge.
The Authority also declared that the NSA portal now has the Annual Evaluation Forms for the 2024–2025 service year.
“In addition, the Annual Evaluation Forms for the 2024/2025 service year have been uploaded onto the NSA Portal,” the statement read.
Every member of the 2024–2025 service batch has been instructed to download, fill out, and send the properly endorsed forms to the appropriate District National Service Offices.
Additionally, it was made clear that employees working in the 2024–2025 service year will only have access to their e-certificates upon the completion and approval of the Annual Evaluation Form.
