“No way, Kotoko can never win in Dormaa and I won’t allow it” – Coach Asare Bediako

Aduana Stars head coach Asare Bediako has stated categorically clear that, there’s no way he is going to allow Kotoko to humble them for the first time in Dormaa, a ground the Porcupine Warriors have never picked a win.

The two clubs will square off against each other this weekend in week 26 of the ongoing campaign, a game the ‘Ogya’ lads will seek to complete a back-to-back over the ‘Kum Apem’ charges having already stunned them at home in the first leg in Accra.

Since Aduana Stars’s first appearance in the Ghana’s topflight in 2010, Asante Kotoko have never beaten them at their home grounds regardless the competition and this is the legacy coach Asare Bediako is hoping to keep intact, to continue to remain in the good books of the club.

The coach admitted Mariano Barreto men are very good technically but they will also do anything they could to snatch all the three points from them or at least avoid a defeat in that game. He told Asempa FM in Accra;

“Kotoko can never win in Dormaa and am not the one to person who will let Kotoko beat Aduana.”

”I will never allow it by the grace of God. I won’t let my name go into the history books that I was the coach when Kotoko beat Aduana (in Dormaa), no.”

“We have to work harder. I know Kotoko is a very good side; I know technically they are but we are also good.”
