PRESIDENT MAHAMA REMOVES GERTRUDE TORKORNOO AS CHIEF JUSTICE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

Information available and trending as breaking news has it that President Mahama has legally and officially removed Justice Gertrude Torkornoo with immediate effect.
In effects,the acting Chief Justice Paul Kwadwo Baffoe Bonnie will be given the full green light to legally and officially resume the position with immediate effect
TO THE 5-MEMBER COMMITTEE:
Congratulations to the 5-member committee set up by the president to investigate 3 petitions brought against Getrude Araba Essaba Torkornoo for presenting its final report to the president.
Information available indicates that the committee followed the right legal processes before arriving at the final report.
THE PRESIDENT:
President John Dramani was quoted to have said that he would make sure the committee he set up for the legal scrutiny will live up to the billing for the betterment of the nation.
The president who received the final report from the chairman of the 5-member committee,Justice Gabriel Scott Pwamang,instantaneously instructed the removal of former Chief Justice,Gertrude Torkornoo.
