Ghanaians Reacts To Sir John’s Mansion Tomb [Photos]. Most Ghanaians have reacted to Sir John’s mansion tomb on social media which has gone viral.

Former CEO of Forestry Commission and General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Wednesday, July 1, 2020, after a short illness.

He was laid to rest today, 3rd June 2021, in the Kwabre East District of the Ashanti region.


The tomb of the late Mr Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John causes a stir on social media after it surfaced online

This has created a debate among some social media users in Ghana, that such huge sum of money could have been used to renovate poor structures in the area, like roads, schools etc.

Those the money involved in the construction of his tomb is not from government. Ghanaians on social media have expressed their feelings, see some below;

The funeral rites of the politician was held at the Sakora Wonoo Junior High School, in the Kwabre East District of the Ashanti Region, where elatives, residents and mourners from far and near have thronged the town in their numbers to wail and cry as they mourn their hero.
