Tano South municipal Agric directorate provides support for farmers to augment the rearing for food and job policy in Ghana.

The Tano South Municipal Agriculture directorate in the Ahafo region has provided chicken cages and chickens to some 44 farmers within the municipality to augment the rearing for food and jobs policy, one of the flagship programs of the Akuffo Addo-led administration.
Speaking to Mr. Paul Addai, the Tano South municipal Agric director, he indicated that the program is one of a kind to support the farmers in sustaining their financial and social capabilities.

He indicated that the program is organized to enhance the rearing for food and jobs policy with the provision of chicken cages, chickens, and other veterinary services to ensure the success of the program.
The Tano South Municipal Coordinating director, Mr. Augustine Peprah in his speech denoted that the program is organized devoid of political colors hence he is pretty sure about the success of the program.
He pleaded with the beneficiaries to ensure maintenance culture and proper usage of the cages to serve their intended purposes.
Some of the beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the Agric directorate for a successful program which she said will alleviate her hardship as far as her poultry farming is concerned.
