The mandate given to you is great news, work in unity to achieve the purpose — Gabby to new NPP executives

Gabby Otchere-Darko, a leading member of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has called on the new executives and the entire party to work together as they look forward to “breaking the 8.”

Gabby said the new executives is a blend of fresh and experienced new and old members capable of achieving the ultimate aim of the party.

In a tweet on Sunday, July 17, sighted by Modernghana News, he told them to work together to ensure their goal is achieved.

“This is a rich blend of fresh infusion of blood and experience. The clear mandate given to Ntim and JFK is great news and must be built upon to foster unity of purpose,” he stated.

He also urged them to draw inspiration from previous events as the party prepare to hold parliamentary primary elections.

“One important task they have is organising parliamentary primaries but with great lessons from the recent past,” Gabby’s tweet concluded.

The NPP held its delegate’s conference on Saturday, July 16 at the Accra Sports Stadium to elect their new national executives to lead the party “break the 8” in the upcoming 2024 general elections.
