UCC Basic School student wins 3rd in World Spelling B Contest in Dubai

11-Year-old, class 6 Pupil of the University of Cape Coast Basic School, Master Angel Ankamah Arhin has made Ghana proud at the World Inter-Continental Spelling B competition in Dubai.

Master Arhin emerged winner at the competition.

He won the Africa zone competition and placed 3rd third in the world stage of the Spelling B competition held in Dubai.

Master Arhin by this enviable feat becomes the 1st African and for that matter Ghanaian pupil to win this prestigious award.

He received trophies, certificates of participation and medals.
