Veep Naana Opoku-Agyemang meets with the State of Palestine’s departing ambassador to Ghana

Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang met with His Excellency Abdulfatah Ahmed Khalifa Al Sattari, the departing ambassador of the State of Palestine to Ghana, on behalf of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana.

Ghana’s Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. James Gyakye Quayson, and the Palestinian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Her Excellency Varsen Aghabekian, also attended the meeting.

Ambassador Al Sattari’s eleven years of excellent service in Ghana came to an end with the meeting.

Ghana values the excellent influence his work has had on Ghana as well as the consistency and kindness with which he performed his diplomatic duties.

The Ghanaian government is grateful to Ambassador Al Sattari for his assistance.

Ghana is hopeful that the ties he has strengthened between our countries will last and wishes him well on his travels.
