A prominent Mexican businessman, Alberto Prieto, was brutally unalived this week in Zapopan, Jalisco, alongside his 16-year-old daughter and his bodyguard, in a shocking attack.
According to police reports, the victims were travelling in a luxury Lamborghini Urus when gunmen ambushed the vehicle, firing more than 200 rounds into the SUV.
All three occupants died at the scene due to the intensity of the attack.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Prieto may have been targeted after allegedly refusing to comply with demands from a criminal cartel for so-called “protection” fees.
Instead of paying the cartel, authorities believe the businessman opted to hire his own private security, a decision that may have sealed his fate.
The unaliving of Prieto’s teenage daughter has drawn widespread outrage and sorrow, with many Mexicans expressing grief and anger over the continued impact of organised crime on innocent families.
The incident has also sparked renewed debate about the dangers faced by business owners who attempt to resist extortion by criminal groups.
