A lecturer at a private University in the Federal Capital Territory disliked a male student’s hair so much that he cut it himself.

He took a break from his lectures and invited the man to the front of the class, where he humiliated him.
In a video shared online, the lecturer can be seen using scissors to give the undergraduate an unruly haircut, which he didn’t seem to like.
The lecturer then ordered his pupil to put the hair particles in his pocket once he finished messing up his hair.
