Speakers emphasized that conflict is a natural part of human interaction; however, when poorly managed, it can escalate into violence and negatively affect personal development and social harmony. Students were encouraged to embrace dialogue, tolerance, mutual respect, and understanding when dealing with disagreements.

The facilitators further advised students to seek support from teachers, guidance coordinators, and school authorities whenever they encounter challenges or conflicts that require intervention.

The programme also highlighted the need for discipline, responsible conduct, and peaceful coexistence as essential ingredients for creating safe and conducive learning environments that foster academic excellence and personal growth.
